A little yoga with my beautiful daughter Kyra

My arch nemesis Standing Bow

A little Cobra

Standing Separate is even more difficult when the cat is trying to help!

Cobra!

Going down into Half Tortoise.

Lexi wants to practice yoga too!

Kyra came to class with me this morning. It was very nice to have her and she did awesome. We decided to take a few pictures when we got home!

A great day.

Hello there, its going to be a quick one tonight. I had an absolutely wonderful day. I got to attend a class taught by the lovely Ida Ripley and I got my package from Bikram's. The dialogue and my receipt for payment! Yayaya! That means I am absolutely in.

I am so excited its just ridiculous. And after having a hard but awesome class today I am feeling renewed and confident. I am so lucky to have this amazing opportunity to delve so deeply into something I love.

And, maybe even get to pass it on!

Also, I found a few great looking blogs today. Check them out. I am following them!

On a personal note..

So my ten year old daughter has her 12 year old friend over..

I walk into the living room and she (friend) is sitting in the dark, by herself, playing video games on her Nintendo DS... all alone.

I look around and may daughter is no where to be found. So I ask her friend "Hey, everything ok?" to which she replies... "Uhh... Yay?!" then rolls her eyes and sighs.

Ok! So.. adolescence is fun! I should know, seeing as I am still riding the tail end of mine.

Oh shit, I am still just riding the tail end of mine...

Is that a bad thing? Or, does it give me something like home-ice advantage?
